The team masters the industry-leading Diffusion Bonding technology, and has independently developed exclusive processes and supporting equipment. Currently, we can achieve optical bonding between the same/different types of glass materials, as well as between material surfaces and coating layers. The bonded products feature core advantages such as high reliability and high damage threshold, and are widely used in key optical components like cubic prisms (PBS/NPBS/CBS) under deep ultraviolet (DUV)/high-power scenarios.
